I'm at a loss to hear that Mark has passed. He was such a great guy, and a huge ambassador of our brand from the beginning. He was the guy I went to first with questions and feedback, and I always sent initial prototypes to him for testing. Mark always went out of his way to help, and was one of the nicest people out there. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person I felt like I knew him on a personal level. He will truly be missed, and I'll always think of him when designing and creating new shaving products. RIP Mark, the world lost a good one way too soon.

Mark had an encyclopedic knowledge of wet shaving using both vintage and modern razors and brushes and he relished the opportunity to help new artisans. Many became his friends and he was a “wet shaving evangelist” promoting those exceptional brush, razor and soap artisans. It’s nice to hear from some of them as he cared for their success and encouraged them from the bottom of his heart.

This scent was loved by Mark and I know he would be very happy knowing other get to enjoy it now also.

The Timeless Ti .68 was one of his favorite daily set ups and a scent that is reminiscent to a sparkling ginger ale as his preferred scent, the Ethos Shave MD commemorative soap/splash. Tomorrow morning I will honor my friend Mark D. Shavemd. Thank you Frank Dragonsbeard for this wonderful Tribute Collection soap/splash combo. I might have to ask you for an edp custom make up of this scent. The scent is wonderfully light, airy and as natural as it can get. Mark D. picked a real clean and natural scent creation as his signature soap & splash set up.
