A Piebald Deer

We have a piebald deer that visits the property. I first saw her in the dusky evening and thought it was an escaped cow.

ML mentioned it to the neighbors and they all were aware of her. She has been around for 3 years apparently.

This morning I saw her and 2 regular deer in the yard. It was 6:30 AM. I called to my wife who was just getting up.
She came downstairs, grabbed her camera and went outside - in her bare feet, a t-shirt and underpants. It was 22 F outside!!!

But it paid off and she go some decent shots.









Quite a sight and we are lucky to have been able to see this unique creature,.
