I got my first almost full shaving kit from AoS almost 2 years ago (Pre-shave, cream, brush, stand). I thought the price of the brush was 20$ at that time, but later found out that I missed a 1 before the 20. (Don't ask me how ). Anyway, I started using the brush earlier this year and I would say I have used it for ~40 times.
Recently the brush started shedding more hair than usual. I was feeling pretty sad as I actually enjoy using this brush. So day before yesterday, I sent an email to customer service of AoS asking do they have any suggestion as to what I can do. They asked me do I have receipt, I said no. Then they asked for a picture of the brush to verify the model. I sent them one.
Yesterday, they sent me another email saying if I give them the address of the closest AoS shop, they will instruct that shop to give me a brand new one in exchange of the old one. And I got this brush, no questions asked.
I am very pleased with their service, even though this brush was over priced in the first place.
