Blades are not "sentient". If you really notice much difference between top tier blades then it's clearly a case of the "Indian" and not the "arrow". Better prep = shower beforehand with 3 mins. minimum cleanse using a good facial wash (not bar soap!) will level the playing field. I can tell zero difference between a Treet 7 days Platinum and a Gillette Platinum. Merely splashing your face with water for a min. and/or using bath soap on your face is setting yourself up for failure.
