When making accusations I suggest YOU try to be more accurate.

That's pretty interesting that you see Post #1915 when there are just 1880 posts in this thread....this post will be post #1881
LOL...amazing to get a lecture from you on accuracy...wow!

Just shows that maybe you need to make sure you have all the facts before you judge others and tell them they're not accurate. I can only assume that mine continues to count all of the deleted posts and so when you send me to a post number it may not be the one you're seeing. Even when I show you a picture of what I'm seeing indicating the post number you sent me to you stand on your high ground and assert that you're correct. I'm done as you want to dance around side points instead of seeing the point that affects you in the conversation here. If you're truly interested in the facts you can go directly to Murat as was indicated and get the facts. It seems that you have another agenda in mind and I don't have time to play your games.

My agenda is to be allowed to civilly discuss razors without having a few fragile persons flaring up whenever they feel
uncomfortable.

You seem pretty confused and a tad defensive when I point out all the inaccurate stuff you are accusing me off.
That's ok...you're the Boss right? Cool
Ok you win....let's give the floor to the topic of the thread now.

What is the topic of the thread, really?

To complain about the price? when that wasn't enough, to complain about the syntax-semantics of the razor on the product page? And surely when those weren't enough, accuse other people of being fragile when you are the one displaying more fragile tendencies.

No amount of whining or complaining about the price or description of the razor will make it any more affordable.

If you really want it, stop making excuses already and buy the damn thing or don't and just move on.

You have read the note by the super moderator above so let me just say that you don't get to dictate
what anyone can or can't say about a razor.

Maybe you are the sort of person who buys every razor that hits the market because that is your thing.
Cool...some of us take a measured approach and like to consider many factors and opinions. To say
"buy the damn thing or don't and just move on" sounds a tad uncalled for.

The thread is about the razor so anything can be discussed. Razor. Performance. Price. Quirks.
Manufacturer's policies. As long as no one loses their sense of decorum.

My comments have been pretty much focused on the comments from the maker re: this new model
and I don't see what the problem is if I critique them within the guidelines of the forum. If you don't agree,
feel free to ignore what I'm saying...how difficult can that be?

Does anyone want to do a side by side between the Rocnel Sailor and Osprey (in SS)?
The comparison would be even more relevant if done in Ti but that won't be possible for
a few months, at least.

There is a significant price differential between the Ti versions of Sailor and Osprey.
Osprey is fully made in USA where labour costs are considerably higher and it comes in $200 cheaper

Rocnel says processing costs for Ti are lower and yet Sailor Ti costs about $200 more than the Osprey.
